Pre′ject (prē′jĕkt), n. 1. A parental reject. 2. A person rejected by either or both parents. 3. A person living with a cracked, broken or shattered soul.
When a parent rejects a child, the rejection creates an inner deficit that affects multiple areas of that child’s life into adulthood. By conservative estimates there are more than 1 billion prejects in the world, with more than 100 million in the United States alone.
Prejects.org is a charitable organization dedicated to helping people recognize and overcome parental rejection. Our mission is to transform prejects into PROs (parental reject overcomers) via a suite of instructional and support services.
